It's a good company, however, there is a lack of transparency regarding billing. After 2 years my garage door became misadjusted and they charged me $131 + tax for installing 2 hinges (at $8/each) that I could have done myself. There was never any question of charging me 1 hour of work for a 5-minute visit. If I had known before, I would never have accepted this visit, I believed that this service was guaranteed. Sorry but it doesn't work.

Their presence was confirmed by phone and they arrived within minutes. Without hesitation they replaced the broken cable and checked all the pulleys and replaced the defective ones.
